Why I Started FairFrame — A Note from Our Founder

I’m Jeremy Delgado,

I grew up in a hardworking family with two brothers, one sister, and parents who ran a construction business. In 2008, like many families, we lost everything during the recession. We went from living in a big home to sharing a small apartment — but that experience taught us resilience. From a young age, my siblings and I worked alongside our parents on jobsites, learning the value of grit, craftsmanship, and integrity.

Over the years I worked in fencing, painting, roofing, tile, and just about any trade that put food on the table. But when I started installing windows and doors, something clicked. I loved seeing how new windows could completely transform a home — the look, the light, the way homeowners lit up with joy. That’s when I knew I had found my calling.

With the help of my dad and brother, I scraped together enough to buy my first trailer and set out on my own. For years I installed windows and doors for other companies, but one thing always bothered me: the price customers were paying.

Big companies were charging thousands more — not because the product was better, but because of bloated overhead, pushy salesmen, and expensive commissions. Customers were often left guessing, trusting a two-hour sales pitch instead of transparent facts.

That’s why I founded Fair Frame Windows.
